Finding Closure, the third volume of the Finding Series, is available for pre-order for $0.99 at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MZH5NH0?ref_=pe_2427780_160035660. It will be published on February 27 at its regular price of $3.99.

Straight Mike and gay Luke have an intense bromance. Each brings issues and lots of baggage to the relationship. Finally, they admit that they’re in love. Shortly thereafter they have simultaneous melt-downs, and painfully  put themselves back together. Until a steer having a bad hair day falls on Luke, injuring him severely.

Ultimately that leads to Luke betraying Mike, although he has no memory of the events. They spend months dealing with Luke’s serious depression, until Mike is asked to go to Vanuatu for an extended period. He’s taking Luke with him, and they’re planning a two-year vacation in paradise. At the boarding gate everything goes to crap, and they’re separated, possibly forever.

Do they find a solution to the problem? Does a solution exist?

Hint: The editor told me she cried all the way through the final chapter.

What I'm Reading Now

mark@marktreble.com

Authors read avidly, mostly for enjoyment but also to expose themselves to new styles and points of view.

What I’m reading now:

The Hunted, Action/Adventure by Brian Haig. A Russian plutocrat is hunted by the former KGB as he works to install Boris Yeltsin as the President.

Let us Prey, Mystery by Jamie Lee Scott. A former Secret Service Agent, now a private detective, looks for the killer of a best-selling author’s assistant.

INTJ: Understanding & Relating with the Mastermind (MBTI Personality Types) by Clayton Geoffreys. A guide to dealing with the Myers Briggs' most difficult personality type.

If the Seas Catch Fire, Suspense, by L.A. Witt. A new twist on an old plot, where the hired assassin falls in love with his target.

Let me know what you're reading.
